I bought this to wear to a Fall wedding with an outdoor ceremony in thr Southwest US. The weather was about 90* F, dry, with a light breeze. This dress was quite comfortable for both thr outside ceremony and thr indoor, air conditioned reception. I plan to wear it again for holiday parties. I got the wine color which will be very good for Fall or Winter. It’s not too heavy or too light. It might be a little see through in very bright light, although I don’t think anyone saw through it.This is a true wrap dress with long ties. The ties came just under the bust for me. I was extremely happy with the fit. I had no problems with showing too much cleavage or flashing anyone with the slit bottom. I’m not quite 5’4” and weigh 180. Almost all of my excess weight is in my belly. I would look like a typical pregnant woman if I was younger. But, before I gained this weight in middle age, I had a very straight, almost boyish figure. So, my hips and shoulders are still pretty small. My bust is a 40 just barely C. The back of the dress hung to my ankles. Since my bust isn’t large for my weight, everything stayed easily covered. The wrap came all the way around. So, the open seam was at the side of my leg and stayed mostly put, although the breeze caught it a couple of times, I wasn’t embarrassingly exposed. I wore a waist cincher under it so my belly wouldn’t look so large. I tell yoi all this because it’s SO hard to know how something will fit buying online. I bought a size 14. My usual dress size is 12 or 14. I would say to buy your usual size if you’re pregnant or have a bigger belly. It you’re tall and thin, you could probably size down one. But, if you have ample breasts, sizing up will be a good idea. I wore a lacy bra underneath just in case. But, for me it was unnecessary. I really like this dress. It fits my strange and unshapely body very well. I felt very pretty in it and got many compliments.I was between sizes, and really should have gotten a medium, but I don't trust that it would be delivered by the 15th for my gender reveal party since the first order took over two weeks. I'm 5'3" and the back of the dress is maybe half an inch off the floor in bare feet. Sleeve length is perfect. Bump friendly for the small bump I have so far, but I would definitely size up if you are past 16-20 weeks. Good coverage on the chest for a faux wrap dress. It also has a plastic snap sewed onto the bust area, but I will have to take it off because it is too high up and doesn't look natural when fastened.The big issue, shown in pictures, is that it arrived with holes by the tag! Again, I don't have time to replace it before my event, so I'll need to sew it somehow. It's disappointing to pay this much for a dress for one event, only for it to arrive with a hole.I'm a plus size woman who needed a dress for a wedding and with all the raving reviews I got this one. It is a beautiful dress! Super comfy/stretchy, and plus size friendly! The only thing is it's very booby! And you have to tie it just the right way so you don't show anything you don't want to! So be careful! Overall it's a good dress and I would recommend especially for the plus size girlys!Soft and stretchy but well made. Loved being able to adjust with a true wrap. I did try pinning the chest in place because it was showing a bit more cleavage than i’d like, but it didn’t look right so i left it alone and I had to adjust a few times throughout the night. I’m 5’1” and wore a 2.5” wedge sandal and it was perfect for length. I’m a 36 C in the bust and although the dress was snug across my back, it was stretchy and comfy and fit perfectly everywhere else!Better quality than many dresses I’ve tried through amazon. Very happy with this purchase!I bought this dress for family pics. I am not pregnant. I’m 5’5” and about 215 pounds. I’m not skinny by any means and I do have a belly. This dress fit perfectly. It doesn’t look frumpy and hides everything. I normally wear a L/XL 12-16 and after reading reviews I sized down to a medium. It fits great. I have 38D chest and it is a tad snug but I think anything bigger it would be loose and floppy. Def recommend this dress!Shorter than expected, at my ankles. I’m 5’7 and 165lbs 5 months pregnant. I don’t care too much for the cut/style but it sure works for the bumpI bought this for a wedding in September and ended up not wearing it because it’s definitely a winter dress. It’s fully velvet and it’s heavy. That being said I felt like it was flattering. I have a large chest and it showed more cleavage than I cared for for a formal event but it was niceLoved this dress , it’s comfy and cute , but being a bustier girl I will let you know that you will be showing the girls pretty well . So if you don’t feel like showing them to much a clothes pin does the trick !Nice material. I'm 5'6 and its just the right length. I don't think this would look right if I was any shorter. I might buy it in another colour?It's in all the right areas. Totally covers up all my imperfections. The bottom is heavy enough to drape gorgeously. Perfect length. Absolutely perfect. I'll be keeping this dress forever.
