I am not a big wearer of heels because I usually can not find ones that are comfortable enough. These shoes were pretty comfy considering the price. They feel solid without having a big chunky heel. I am in between sizes with a slightly wide foot so I ordered the larger size in a wide. Usually that works best for dress shoes. These ended up a bit too big so if you're like me, try the smaller of your 2 sizes. I am recovering from an ankle injury & wanted to see if heels were an option for a friend's upcoming wedding. I ended up returning these mostly because of concern for my ankle--not that they were wobbly but I didn't know if I could wear heels all day long. Other than that they were pretty comfortable and extremely cute shoes for $40.These are absolutely marvelous shoes! I ordered the brown, mainly because, wonder of wonders, they had my 7N size and, additionally, the sale price was great. The leather is beautiful and soft, the fit comfortable, and the heel just gorgeous. After years of wearing low heels even for dressy occasions, I am finally buying a couple of pairs of high-heeled shoes thanks to the Walking Cradles brand. Their high heels tend to feel a tad tighter than the Walking Cradles flats or ballerina-style shoes, which offer heavenly comfort. Nevertheless, these higher-heeled shoes are less tight than others of the same brand and, with the soft leather, I anticipate they will become even more comfortable with use. Had I not been able to buy these at a discounted price, I doubt I would have ordered them in brown since most of what I wear tends toward black, making a full-priced purchase impractical for my needs. Nevertheless, I heartily advise others to purchase this style in whichever color, at whatever price, as it is superb quality and very beautiful.Got these pumps on a lightning deal for my daughter. Black leather, crocodile toes and pumps... Very cute, classy, and with a sensible heel. Love!She usually wears a 9.5-10 and I ordered them (hoping they'd fit!) based on what was available in stock... In a 10-E (double-wide). I thought the extra width would be fine, based on reviews, and any pointed shoe, in my opinion, is usually more comfortable in a wider size.Thankfully, she said the width is actually perfect (she does not normally wear a wide shoe)... But she has quite a bit of extra room behind her heel. Going to get her some foot pedals, the type that fill the gap.I'd recommend going down a half size, if you're in between sizes and going with the extra width, since these do run narrow. Purchased black with black crocodile toe and heel; would have preferred a smooth black combo (leather/leather or leather/patent), but only the black with crocodile toe and heel was available in my size. Shoes fit well, arch aligns perfectly with the arch of my feet, and the width is comfortable...not tight, not loose. Have only tried the shoes on and walked around the living room on carpet for a few minutes at the end of the day, but they do feel like I could wear them comfortably all day at work sitting at a desk about 75% of the time and walking/standing about 25%.These are one of the most comfortable shoes I've ever had! I suffer from bunions and it's difficult for me to find shoes that fit, and that fit comfortably. I have to use a wide-sized shoe and this limits my selection. These shoes are not just stylish, they're also comfortable and come in Wide sizes. I tried them on when they arrived and found them to be very comfortable and did not pinch. I also found that they were slightly loose at the back, but not loose enough for a smaller size. I quickly remedied this by adding a heel liner. Worked beautifully! It's difficult for me to find comfortable shoes, so I bought another pair so that I may have them ready when these start wearing down!I have a somewhat wide foot. I can sometimes buy regular widths, but I often need a wider width in a heel. These are very comfy and although I haven't worn them all day, I think I would be able to with no problem. The only reason that I didn't give them 5 stars is that I wish they were a little "cuter". They serve the purpose for a traditional looking pump for someone who needs a wider width.Love these shoes. The style is so nice, plus the fit is perfect. Very comfortable to wear. They look great with slacks or skirts. The heel size is just right for me. I'm an 'older' person, and can't wear the 'high' heels anymore, but still like to be in style. I'm going to start looking for another pr. of Walking Cradles in a different color because I like this pr. so much, and I might add this is my first time in buying the walking cradle brand, and so glad I did. I always compare prices when buying an item, and this price is the best on Amazon. Can't go wrong in buying this product.These are beautiful shoes and look great on! Very Nice quality shoes and there are no hard spots and feel great on your feet. For myself though I have high arches and these won't be my 'walking' high heels but most will love these shoes if you don't need as much arch support as I do. They run a tad long maybe a half size larger. I highly recommend these otherwise!
