This dress is absolutely adorable. I sized up because my size wasn't available when I ordered. I got away with it, but my normal size would've worked better. Would def call it true-to-size, but it has a forgiving fit. I'm 5'11' and it hit right at the knee. I'm quite busty (44K) and the top worked fine, though I would suggest a cami under if cleavage isn't appropriate for your event. My boyfriend was obsessed with this and offered to buy it for me if it came in other colors. The color is a true navy and the pink on the print is so cute. I paired with a nude stacked heel. My one complaint is that the faux wrap tie doesn't want to stay tied. I think it's because it's a sateen finish on the fabric. Double-knotting would probably fix this.
