I ordered an XL. The bust was approximately a medium in size. The bottom was true to size. If you are bigger than a B cup this dress will not work for you in any size. Also, when I tried to return it the seller (shopbop) would only allow a pick up return. Since I work and can not be at home to do a pick up return, it could not be returned. THANK GOD FOR AMAZON!!! Amazon issued me a credit and told me to donate the dress. I will not ever buy from shopbop again, now that I know they only allow pick up returns. Buyer beware!!!
